Hello, our names are Michelle and Roberto (“Chito”). We met in graduate school twenty years ago, started dating shortly after, and have been married since 2015. We share a beautiful life together with our two French Bulldogs (Toki and Xolo), who are incredibly gentle, snuggly, goofy, and playful.

We own a house in Phoenix with a big backyard and swimming pool in a safe, walkable neighborhood, where everyone knows and looks out for each other, next to our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and museums. We believe the best thing about any home is the people that fill it, and love having our family, friends, and their kids over to BBQ, hang out, and play.

We enjoy eating together, being outdoors, traveling, reading, and going to Phoenix Suns games. We have a lot of family nearby, including our parents and two goddaughters. We are aunts and uncles to all our friends’ children (who call us “Auntie Chelle” and “Uncle Chito”), who are eager to welcome and love on our future child.

Michelle is warm, loving, outgoing, affectionate, and gives the best hugs. She is a natural caretaker, a mother to many, and every baby and child is drawn to her.

Chito is calm, witty, observant, athletic, and charming. While he can be shy at first, once he opens up, he is funny, talkative, and warm.

We have both dedicated our lives to helping others and spend a lot of time mentoring and volunteering. Adoption is always something we wanted for our family, and after trying to have a baby for so many years, would be blessed to grow our family this way!

Hello! We are Dan, Jen and Fox. 

We were both born and raised in Arizona and met for the first time in kindergarten. We remained close friends over the years, even after moving to different states for periods of time. Once we were both back in Arizona, our relationship became romantic and we were married. We are best friends and feel so lucky to have Dan’s son, Jen’s Stepson Fox in our lives. We have 3 dogs that we love so much, and they bring us a lot of joy.

Dan is a carpenter and loves wood working as a profession and as a hobby. Golfing, playing guitar and playing chess with Fox are all things he loves to do in his free time. Dan is known for being patient and fun loving.

Jen works in sales support. She is compassionate, thoughtful and loyal. She has a deep love for animals, volunteering at shelters and farms, and fostering dogs. Hiking is her favorite pastime, and she loves trying new coffee shops with Fox.

Fox is social, kind and creative. He loves trying new activities and new foods. Science is his favorite subject at school, and he especially loves learning about space. He loves animals and has a special relationship with each of our dogs. 

We love spending time outdoors – whether it’s camping, walking our dogs, playing mini golf, or attending a baseball game. We also love to travel whether it’s road trips or flying to exciting new places. We look forward to sharing these experiences with a child and our hope is to create a childhood filled with adventure, curiosity, and meaningful memories together.

Hi! We’re Elliot and Mariana.

Elliot was born in St. Louis, Missouri and is an aerospace engineer. He is curious, smart, hardworking, and super calm. He loves teaching and helping others at work and at church. 

Mariana was born in Tucson, Arizona and works in digital marketing. Her family is Mexican, and she grew up speaking Spanish at home. She enjoys cooking family recipes (like tamales!), staying active, and doing arts and crafts.

In our free time, we love spending time with family and friends, pursuing our hobbies (woodworking for Elliot and sewing for Mariana), and cuddling on the sofa to watch a TV show at the end of the day. 

We have both dreamed of growing our family and having kids! We love the kids in our life right now – our 9 nieces and nephews (ranging in age from 0 to 10). We love to interact with them as often as possible, learning from them and putting our future parenting skills to the test!

We started to think and pray about adoption right after we were married and started seeing little signs that adoption would be the right path for us to grow our family. Our goal as adoptive parents is to be loving and patient, provide opportunities to help your baby become the unique person they are meant to be, create memories and traditions, and honor your story as well.

Elliot and Mariana

Hi! We’re Jason and Amber. We met at a friend’s wedding… ten years before our own. What started as a long-distance friendship eventually became a relationship built on laughter, faith, adventure, and a deep love for doing life together. We’ve now been married for three years and live in Arizona surrounded by close family, lifelong friends, and an incredible community we love dearly.

Family is one of the most important parts of our lives. We love gathering people together in our home — whether that’s for game nights, birthday celebrations, holidays, or simply spending time with the people we love most. We also love traveling, attending sporting events, trying new foods, and finding ways to make everyday life fun together.

Amber works for BraveLove, a nonprofit that supports birth moms and helps change the perception of adoption. Adoption has always been deeply personal to her because she was adopted from Korea as an infant. She is creative, compassionate, outgoing, and loves making people feel welcomed and connected. Jason is a pediatric pharmacist who cares for children every day and is known for being kind, patient, thoughtful, and funny.

Our lives are grounded in faith, family, and community, and we feel incredibly honored to pursue adoption as we grow our family. More than anything, we hope to provide a child with a loving, stable, joy-filled home where they will always know how deeply they are loved, supported, and celebrated.

Hello! We are Micaela and Ross. We married in 2022. Our friendship started a few years earlier when we met at a volunteer event for people in our industry – government. We still work across the street from each other. Our relationship is based on love, trust, and taking time to listen and understand each other. We would love the opportunity to share our love and life with a child, and that hasn’t happened naturally for us.

We can both be on the quiet side, but we light up and chat away when discussing our ideals, projects, or family. We enjoy spending time together watching tv mysteries, going out to eat, chatting, and meeting up with friends. We also appreciate spending time with family and friends here in Arizona Including our 5 nieces and traveling to see Ross’s family in the Pacific Northwest and the East Coast. In total, we are blessed to have a large family: our parents, 2 brothers, 3 sisters, 7 nieces, and 4 nephews.

Micaela enjoys movies, history, reading, hiking, ice cream and shopping/thrifting. Ross thinks Micaela’s determination and focus are a sight to behold when she takes on a project and values her caring and sincere heart.

Ross loves old tools, woodworking, and riding his bike. Micaela is always impressed by Ross’s creativity in the workshop or with home repairs. He always tries to make others feel comfortable and seen.
