Pregnancy Education
The Joining Hearts team educates clients about pregnancy, parenting and adoption. Clients are never pressured toward any particular choice, only informed of life-affirming options.
Parents who choose to parent their child will be supported throughout their pregnancy and after. They can also be connected to other community resources, so both mom and baby are supported. Their pregnancy specialist will help them create a specialized birth plan and a parenting plan.
Considering Adoption
Women who choose to place their child for adoption can trust Catholic Charities to support them through the process. Catholic Charities has provided adoption services for over 85 years and is Arizona’s only Catholic Adoption Agency.
If the parent chooses adoption, the Joining Hearts team will educate the client on the adoption process, adoption law, birth parent rights and help them make a plan that feels right to them. Women can choose an open adoption and the adoptive family.
If you need help, even years later, we are here to provide ongoing support. Our adoption specialists work closely with birth parents, empowering them to make the best choices for their family, including choosing the adoptive family they feel best meets their child’s needs and the level of contact they are most comfortable with.
